Arrival, check-in and Edward James' garden
You arrive, check in, and the only plan of the day is Las Pozas, the sculpture garden Edward James raised in the jungle. Nothing else: no early start, no road. The garden is open from 9 in the morning to 4 in the afternoon and the last guided walk leaves right at 4 and runs two hours, so arriving mid-afternoon still costs you nothing.

Tamul Expedition and a romantic dinner
The big day: canoe through the Tampaón Canyon to the 105 metres of Tamul Waterfall, cliff jumping at the Water Cave and the Sótano de las Huahuas at dusk, when the parrots fly out. Back at the hotel the room is waiting with candles and petals, your bottle ready and dinner being plated: a formal dish out on your private terrace.

Breakfast and back on the road. The buffet breakfast is included on tour days only.
